On March 5th, Ambassador Guo Xiaomei met with Pro. Toomas Asser, the Rector of the University of Tartu. 

Pro. Asser welcomed Amb. Guo and gave a briefing of cooperation between the University of Tartu and Chinese Universities. Amb. Guo expressed her willingness to promote to expand academic exchange and strengthen educational cooperation between the two countries in the future.
