On November 23, Ambassador Guo Xiaomei met with Mr. Urmas Klaas, Mayor of Tartu, and Mr. Kaspar Kokk, Chairman of Tartu City Council .

Mr. Klaas and Mr. Kokk welcomed Ambassador Guo to take her new post to Estonia, introduced the development of Tartu in the fields of history, culture, education, science and technology,as well as Tartu’s exchanges with its Chinese partner cities.

Ambassaor Guo thankedfor their introduction and sharedwith Mr. Mayor and Mr. Chairman on the concept of Chinese new development philosophy which is innovative, coordinated, green, open and with its achievements shared by all, and expressed the willingness of Chinese Embassy to work with Tartu City in exploring ways to strengthen exchanges and cooperation in relevant fields to inject more positive energy into bilateral relations.
