To further facilitate foreign nationals’ travel to China, the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Estonia will provide appointment-free visa application services starting from November 20, 2023. Visa applicants may log on to the China Online Visa Application (COVA) website to fill in the form. After that, the applicants shall visit the Consular Office (open time 9:30-11:30, Tuesday or Thursday, closed on weekends, holidays and other working days) to submit physical visa application documents. There’s no need to make appointment online. 

Applicants who have completed online appointments before will be given priority for submitting their documents within the corresponding time slot at the appointment date by presenting the AVAS confirmation page upon arrival.
