On October 16, Ambassador Guo Xiaomei paid a visit to the Tallinn University of Technology and held constructive discussions with the Rector Pro.Tiit Land.During the discussions,both the two sides expressed the willingness to further strengthening the cooperation between higher education institutions of the two countries.
