On 21 September, the Chinese Ambassador to Estonia H.E. Ms. Guo Xiaomei presented the copy of her credential to the Chief of State Protocol Mr. Urmas Eigla at the Estonian Foreign Ministry.

Ambassador Guo first thanked the State Protocol of Estonian Foreign Ministry for the arrangements for her arrival in Estonia and said that she was honored to serve as Chinese Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Estonia. Ambassador Guo pointed out that the Chinese people have friendly feelings towards Estonia, and developing friendly relations is in the interests of both sides. “I look forward to working with the Estonian government and people from all walks of life to deepen China-Estoniarelations and enhance mutual understanding.” Amb. Guo added.

Mr. Eigla welcomed Ambassador Guo to take on her new mission in Estonia and wished her success in Estonia.
