On April 4, at the invitation of the International Women’s Club of Tallinn (IWCT), Ambassador Guo Xiaomei visited the SOS Children’s Village and extended warm regards to the children and staff.

Ambassador Guo expressed her appreciation to the heartfelt contribution of the SOS mother, learned about the village’s operation model, its family-based care philosophy, as well as the study and daily life of the children, showd the willingness of  providing support within its capacity to the village and relevant public welfare programs. Together with IWCT representatives, Ambassador Guo presented the children with care packages.
