Exhibition of Chinese Porcelain Art opens in captial of Estonia

On 2 May, 2003, the Exhibition of Chinese Porcelain Art opens in the Teater Vannalinnastuudio in Tallinn, capital of Estonia. This Exhibition is jointly organized by the Embassy of China and the Teater. Over 120 pieces of porcelain products from Jingdezhen City of Jiangxi Province, renowned as capital of Chinese Porcelain, were displayed at the Exhibition. More than 100 guests from the Estonian Ministries, Parliament, museums and other various circles attended the opening ceremony. H. E. Mrs. Cong Jun, Ambassador of China to Estonia and Ms. Anne Veesaar, Director of the Teater made opening speeches separately, referring the Exhibition as a good example of cultural exchange between China and Estonia. Two Chinese porcelain experts from Jingdezhen city made brief introductions about the Chinese porcelain, especially the Jingdezhen porcelain.

The Exhibition of Chinese Porcelain Art is open from 11:00 --17:00 o'clock every day from 2 to 20 May, 2003 in the Teater Vannalinnastuudio at Sakala 3, Tallinn. Admission is free.  

During the Exhibition, the two Chinese porcelain experts have some porcelain products for sale
