Chinese and Estonia Ministers of Education signed diploma recognition agreement

On April 27, during the 5th Asia-Europe Education Ministers' Meeting in Riga, Chinese Vice Minister of Education Li Weihong and Estonian Minster of Education and Research Jürgen Ligi signed The Agreement between the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China and the Ministry of Education and Research of the Republic of Estonia on Mutual Recognition of Higher Education Qualifications. The agreement will further promote cooperation between higher education institutions and facilitate student exchanges between the two countries.
