In order to effectively curb spread of COVID-19, the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in the Republic of Estonia readjusted testing requirement for passengers applying for Health Declaration Form (QR Code) and taking flights to China, in accordance with the latest policy and testing capabilities in Estonia. New requirement are as follows:
1. For passenger who has finished vaccination, twice PCR tests are required.
Passenger taking flights to China from Estonia, should finish first RT-PCR test within 48 hours before taking flight at Synlab Laboratory, and finish second PCR tests within 24 hours before taking flight. Acquiring two negative RT-PCR certificates, passenger can apply Health Declaration Form (QR Code) online. Passenger also needs to do an COVID antigen test within 12 hours and acquire a negative certificate in Confido (adjustment maybe done if necessary). With green Health Declaration Form (QR Code) and negative antigen certificate,passenger can check in for boarding and accept airline’s inspection.
2. For Passenger who is not vaccinated, one RT-PCR test within 24 hours before boarding and one IgM antibody (SARS-CoV-2-IgM CMIA, chemiluminescent microparticle immunoassay, Abott ) test within 48 hours are required. Acquiring negative RT-PCR certificate and IgM certificate, passenger can apply Health Declaration Form (QR Code) online. Passenger also needs to do an COVID antigen test within 12 hours and acquire a negative certificate in Confido (adjustment maybe done if necessary). With green Health Declaration Form (QR Code) and negative antigen certificate,passenger can check in for boarding and accept airline’s inspection.
3. Passenger is advised to properly arrange time and follow up the progress, upload all documents including tests certificates at first time for health declaration form code application (at least 3 hours before boarding) through link http://hrhk.cs.mfa.gov.cn/H5/. 4. The requirement in this notice will take effect on the date of issuing. The transition period will be one week till 3 April 2022. In this period both old and new method for health declaration code application are accepted. From 4 April 2022, new requirement will be implemented. If the relevant notices issued before are inconsistent with the requirements of this notice, this notice shall prevail.
