From 1 July 2018, the Embassy of the People's Republic of China starts to use China Online Visa Application (COVA) system to process visa applications. All applicants must complete the COVA form on https://cova.cs.mfa.gov.cn. After filling out the form online, applicants should print confirmation page and completed COVA form out and sign them. The COVA form, confirmation page, passport(s), passport photo(s) and other necessary documents should be submitted to the visa section of the Embassy (Narva mnt. 98, Tallinn). Applications with Visa Application Form V.2013 will NOT be accepted from 1 August 2018.
