As part of the celebrations in honor of the 25th Anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Estonia, the Chinese Embassy in Estonia organized photo exhibitions in Tallinn and Tartu from mid October to the end of November.

The exhibition in Tallinn is held at the Estonian National Museum with the them of Chinese Story 2016. The photos tell stories of ordinary people of different ethnic groups in China, reflecting their common pursuit of the Chinese Dream.

The other exhibition in Tartu is at Kaubamaja Shopping Mall in the city center with the theme of The Silk Road-A New Look. It shows a variety of landscape of China along the ancient silk road stretching from the coastal area to the hinterland. The exhibition also reflects that the ancient silk road is ready to be revived under the "Belt and Road" Initiative.
