In order to further promote personnel exchanges between China and foreign countries, China has decided to expand the scope of the visa-free policy list and pilot a visa-free policy for ordinary passport holders from Finland, Slovakia, Norway, Denmark, Iceland, Andorra, Monaco, Liechtenstein, and South Korea. From November 8, 2024 to December 31, 2025, ordinary passport holders of the above countries traveling to China for business, tourism, family visit or transit purposes within the duration of 15 days, are eligible for visa-free entry. Those who do not meet the visa -free conditions mentioned above still need to apply for a visa before entering China.
